can u help me get my hackintosh working. i can get to the part where u install the software (hazard) but it wont boot into it? when it restarts. i have AMD, and know that it is trouble for hackintoshes, but still think it can be done. any pointers? i dont want to have to buy a mac mini, or build a new intel machine. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!

@MrDAMIENxx i would deffinetly make? sure you checked out the tonymacx86 forums, make a user, and search the forums for your symptoms, or read through other peoples problems and what solved it, this helped me alot when making my hackintosh

The GTX 460 takes up 2 slots, right? and there are 3 Express slots in a row, so? one of those is going to have to be left unused, right? So why did you get a board with 4 Express slots if you can’t use all of them at once?

And, would it be possible to dual boot Windows and Mac from a single hard drive? If not, then could I do 2 separate hard drives? I want a Mac machine for video editing, but I also need a new rig. I figured it would be best to kill two birds with one stone here and save some $.

@MrDAMIENxx Macs only work with? Intel CPU’s. Thats why Macbook Pro’s, iMac’s, Macbook, Mac Mini ETC all have Intel processors in them.

I,m building one.
I remember some years ago my cousin (a linux geek) and I were talking about not being able to build your own Mac. He called Mac the snobs of the computer world. And at the time I suppose this was true. But Now this Hackintosh stuff? is so amazing. I am going to turn my HP Pav dv6000 into an OSX Hack and I want to build a zoom zoom desk top. Cause I can’t afford a Mac Pro either. Thanks for the Vid. Very well done.
