Designed better than the original to avoid accidental damage to plugs. Comparable performance! Better cost than OEM replacement. I can’t complain about this purchase! Highly recommend for replacement power supply.

I’ve got a Toshiba Satellite P205D laptop computer and recently, due to my kids’ usage, the power cord refused to stay plugged in. I was at a loss as to where I would find a replacement cord and did some online research. I found that 90% of the replacement power cords for this laptop were the straight-in power cord and were often the subject of numerous problems. It was suggested that an L shapped cord be used.
As usual, I searched Amazon and found what I was looking for..and as usual at a great price, which was a great relief since all the prices for this laptop model’s power cord were exhorbant. The HQRP Heavy-Duty Replacement AC Adapter works great! Unlike the factory issued power cord, the HQRP plug had the ground default (funky third prong) which I’ve always looked at as an added safety measure. The cord is long, heavy duty, and comes with the ever so handy-dandy velcro attachment to keep the cord nice and neat as well.
